Bohnen &#038; Sellerie stark blanchieren, dann abschmecken &#038; in gleichgro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Tomaten \u00fcberbr\u00fchen, abziehen, zerschneiden &#038; ausdr\u00fccken.
