Chicor\u00e9es putzen, Strunk ausbohren, in feine Scheiben schneiden, die zu Ringen zerfallen. Die Matjesfilets nach dem W\u00e4ssern &#038; Putzen in feine Streifen schneiden (quer zum Filet schneiden). Aus der Sahne mit der Mayonnaise &#038; den Gew\u00fcrzen, eine s\u00e4mige Sauce r\u00fchren. Den Salat damit anmachen.
